In this session we’ll discuss what is customer automation, discuss customer tasks and how little mistakes by design customers can be big headaches for printers.
Also, we’ll look at ways to make customers part of the overall workflow and automating designer tasks such as:
- file preparation for print
- file submission
- communication of their job specs and status
This includes segments on Enfocus Connect and Switch.
