PDF Stripper strips a pdf file into the following:
• A text file containing all text from the pdf
• A subfolder for each page, containing the single page pdf, a text file containing text from the page and an xml file containing metadata from the page (page size, mediabox, bleedbox, trimbox)
Without the need for any 3rd party software!
Just add this App into your workflow, give it two outgoing connections (data success and data error), drop in a pdf file and watch the magic.
Good Tool does exactly what it should do.
I love this app. I use it to pull our client's reference number out of the lower corner of their graphic. I have Switch rename the file to match the client's number. This makes it easy to select the correct file when the client reorders.
