callas pdfToolbox Profiles allows running a pdfToolbox preflight Profile or pdfToolbox Process Plan on PDF files in your Switch flow. It offers a few key features:
- The ability to select which Profile or Process Plan needs to be used. The Profile or Process Plan has to be created using pdfToolbox Desktop.
- The ability to decide whether a report is necessary, and if so, what kind of report. All pdfToolbox report types, from custom PDF reports to XML or JSON reports, are supported.
- The ability to work with the Switch “traffic light” connection system to direct “good” and “bad” PDF files in different directions for further processing.
- Sending information from Enfocus Switch to pdfToolbox using variables.
