Databases Module

The Database module is an advanced module that allows read/ write access to ODBC datasets without the need for extensive scripting. With the database module business or job management software can be used in conjunction with Switch workflows to further automate job decisions or build more business intelligence into your overall business environment.

You should have an active license for the Database module to view the Database category in the Flow elements pane.

An active Database module license provides you access to the Database connect flow element, the Data values field property in the Define metadata fields dialog box of the Checkpoint flow element, the ODBC data sources option in the User preferences dialog box. Please refer the ODBC data sources section for more information on how to configure it.
