Automate your native documents
to press-ready PDFs workflow
Andrea Mahoney, workflow integrator, Tribay Enterprise
How much time do your operators spend preparing native Illustrator and InDesign files to create a press ready PDF?
Join this 30 minute webinar and see how you can reduce the time spent on this task by automating the prep of these files for PDF creation. Utilizing Enfocus Switch, fonts, missing/modified images, layers, unused swatches, and Master Page items, and more can be verified and corrected before a PDF is created ensuring it’s press ready.
By automating these tasks, many common errors are caught up-front, leaving only jobs that fail preflight for experienced operators to work on.
What you'll learn
- Verify images are press ready before creating a PDF.
- Leverage a font management program to automatically activate fonts
- Control layers, add marks, and create press ready PDFs without operator
